Joseba Etxeberria, possible new Eibar coach

Joseba Etxeberria could be the new coach of Eibar for the 2023-24 season, according to what EITB has learned. The Elgoibar coach would thus be the one chosen by the Gipuzkoan club to replace Gaizka Garitanowho is not going to continue leading the gunsmith team.
In the last two campaigns, Etxeberria has remained, since February 2022, as manager of LaLiga SmartBank’s Mirandés, whom he ranked fourteenth in the 2021-22 season and sixteenth in the recently completed championship, thus fulfilling his the goal of permanence.
The sports director of Eibar, César Palacios, will hold an appearance this Tuesday, June 13, to take stock of the season for the Gipuzkoan team, eliminated in the first round of the play-off for promotion to LaLiga Santander.
