Dziuba said that the attackers who published his intimate videos threatened him
Lokomotiv forward Artem Dzyuba commented on Instagram (the social network is banned in the Russian Federation; owned by Meta Corporation, recognized as an extremist organization and banned in Russia) publication of new intimate videos with his participation.
“I can honestly say that this episode has already happened, I turned this page, made a lot of all sorts of conclusions, analyzed it, so I don’t want to return to this,” Dzyuba said.
The attacker added that in the past few days, the attackers sent him threats and extorted money. He noted that the videos were stolen from his phone two years ago during a previous device hack.
Attackers face two to six years in prison
Lawyer Maxim Kalinov said that people who published the video face two to six years in prison. The words of the specialist are quoted by Gazeta.Ru.
For the distribution of an intimate video with Dziuba, the perpetrator will face criminal liability under paragraph “d” of part 3 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code of Russia – “Distribution of pornographic materials”, namely, these include videos with Dziuba
He noted that criminals can be charged under part 3 of article 137 of the Criminal Code – for disseminating information relating to the private life of a person. It carries a penalty of up to five years in prison.

The video began to spread on social networks.
On it, a football player lying in bed addresses an unknown girl. In another video, the athlete demonstrates naked parts of the body. Presumably, the extortionists either took possession of Dzyuba’s equipment or committed hacker actions.
The 34-year-old athlete has been married since 2012. He and his wife Christina have two sons.
In 2020, Dzyuba was at the center of a similar scandal
In November 2020, an intimate video with the participation of a football player hit the network for the first time. On the record, the athlete was lying on the bed and masturbating, filming what was happening on camera. It was noted that the video was filmed in December 2019.
The incident led to the fact that Dziuba was temporarily expelled from the national team and deprived of the status of captain in the St. Petersburg “Zenith”, for which he then played.
