Forward Al-Nasr and the Portuguese national team Cristiano Ronaldo remained out of the symbolic team of the championship of Saudi Arabia at the end of the 2022/2023 season. This is reported in Twittertournament account.
The attacking trio were Firas Al-Breikan, Murad Batna (both Al-Fateh) and Odion Ighalo (Al-Hilal). Places in the national team also received two teammates of Ronaldo: defender Ghislaine Conan and midfielder Luis Gustavo.
Ronaldo last season played 16 matches in the Saudi Arabian championship, in which he scored 14 goals and made two assists. His club won silver medals.
The Portuguese moved to Al Nasr on December 30, 2022. The striker’s contract is for two years. His salary at the club is 200 million euros per year, making him the highest paid athlete in the world.
