The Tour de France 2023 will start from Bilbao on July 1 and the first three stages will take place on Basque roads. The first stage will start and end in Bilbao, the second will start from Vitoria-Gasteiz and end in San Sebastián, while the third will start from Amorebieta-Etxano and end in Baiona.

As a result of the great departure from Euskadi (Grand Départ Pays Basque), Bilbao, Vitoria-Gasteiz and Amorebieta-Etxano will host an exhibition in which you can see the most representative jerseys of Basque cycling, Itzulia and the Tour de France.

The collection, owned by Adrián Jiménez Rubio, will allow cycling fans and the public in general to enjoy the history of this sport through its unique kits.

The exhibition is organized in two sections. On the one hand, jerseys (and time trial suits) of Basque and Itzulia cyclists and teams, and on the other, jerseys from the Tour de France grand prix (yellow, green, polka dot, and white jerseys), along with special editions of some sets for this test. In addition, Santini, official sponsor of the Tour, has lent eight official jerseys of the 2023 edition for the event, two from each recognition.

In this way, from June 1 to 15, the jerseys of the Tour universe will be present in the Eixample Building in Bilbao, while the rest, focused on Basque cycling, will be exhibited in the capital of the Basque Country. After this period there will be an exchange between the two capitals and from June 16 to 25, Bilbao will exhibit the Euskadi clothing, while Vitoria-Gasteiz, from 16 to 29, the ‘treasures’ of the gala round. The exhibition, now complete, can be enjoyed at Amorebieta-Etxano from June 30 to July 8, at the Zelaieta center.
