Coach José Mourinho could mark a new achievement in his career this Wednesday, when the Roma will face Sevilla in the final of the Europa League. If the Spaniard reaches his sixth title in continental European competitions, he will equal Alex Ferguson and Giovanni Trapatoni, behind only Carlo Ancelotti, who has eight trophies.
If last season Mourinho made history by being the first coach to lift the Conference League, Europe’s third club competition, the coach can now win his third Europa League. Previously won with Porto (2003) and with the Manchester United (2017).
In addition to these trophies, he also has the two Champions Leagues conquered with Porto (2004) and Inter Milan (2010).
With five titles, the Portuguese is currently tied with Zinédine Zidane (three Champions and two UEFA Super Cups) and Pep Guardiola (two Champions and three Super Cups), who can still win the Champions League this season with Manchester City.
