He eibar has put an end to a streak of nine consecutive matches without a win by beating Huesca this Saturday at home on the last day of LaLiga Smartbank by 0-1.

With this result, Eibar finishes fifth in the standings and will face Alavés, fourth, in the first round of the play-off for promotion to LaLiga Santander. The first match will be played on Saturday June 3in Ipurua, starting at 6:30 p.m., while the return will be in Mendizorrotza, the Thursday June 8 at 9:00 p.m.

Huesca came out very well protected in defense, with three center backs, while Eibar bet more on offense.

Eibar became better established on the field and dangerously approached the local area, while Huesca played against it, as is usual for them.

In one of his arrivals, in the minute 82 Matheus signed the 0-1 and Huesca was no longer able to react.
