The twenty-first stage of the Giro d’Italia 2023 the Sunday May 28and it is the last appointment of the race with a route of 135 kilometers with departure and arrival in Rome.

the stage is totally flat and everything will be decided by then, except the winner of the 21st stage to be decided in a mass sprint.

The first section will reach the coast to return back to Rome. Already in the Italian capital, the runners will give six laps of a 13-kilometre circuit that will run through the streets of Rome. There will be some dangerous curves in the course and some cobbled sections.

The last three kilometers have a wide road with long straight lines. The final 700 meters are slightly uphill, but this will not alter the final sprint.
