An image of Vinícius Jr., which is outside the Santiago Bernabéu and is part of an advertising campaign for the Real Madrid, was vandalized on Wednesday. The photo of the Brazilian player, which appears next to Karim Benzema, was torn apart while the Frenchman’s part remains intact.

Last Sunday, Vinícius Jr. suffered yet another episode of racism when Real Madrid faced Valencia out of home. At the time, the game was stopped in the second half and Vini ended up being expelled after confusion with the opposing players.
The Spanish Football Federation investigated the episode and annulled the red card of Vinícius Jr., who is released to play this Wednesday, against Rayo Vallecano. However, the striker suffers from knee pain and will be rested by coach Carlo Ancelotti.
In addition, the Federation punished Valencia with a fine of 45,000 euros (R$ 240,000) and temporarily closed one of the sectors of the Mestalla Stadium.
