The Expert Referee Commission (ESC) of the Russian Football Union (RFU) supported the decision of the chief referee Sergei Karasev to appoint a penalty against CSKA Moscow in the match of the 28th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL) with the capital’s Spartak. It is reported by “Match TV”.
