the coach of Paris Saint Germain, Christophe Galtier, gave a press conference this Friday and addressed the club’s possible interest in Bernardo Silva. The midfielder is on the rise at the moment thanks to the two goals scored that opened the 4-0 defeat of Real Madrid in the semi-final of the Champions League.
The French coach praised the player’s technical quality, but, in the end, ruled out any possibility of interest from PSG at this time.
“He is a player that I discovered when I arrived at Monaco, when Luís Campos signed him. He is clearly an interesting player, but I repeat: he is a Manchester City player”, he highlighted.
Galtier said he is focused on the final stretch of Ligue 1, which still has three more matches for the Parisian club, and on PSG’s fight for the French Championship title. The conquest can already happen this Sunday, when Paris Saint-Germain faces Auxerre, at 15:45 (from Brasilia).
“Bernardoooooo… Silva! Running down the wing (Silva!). Makes the blue boys sing (Silva!). We’re all going to Istambuuuul…” 🎶
