10. José Cifuentes’ brilliant goal in Ecuador’s 2-1 win over the United States in the quarter-finals of the 2019 U-20 World Cup was named the best. According to FIFA.com, users of the website “were given the opportunity to select their favorite goal from a top ten list for a week. We received more than 150,000 votes, and at the end of the voting, on June 24, the Ecuadorian’s right-hand man was the convincing winner with close to 90 percent of the votes won,” said the aforementioned portal.
