Expert Sautkina revealed the correct technique for performing lymphatic drainage jumps from edema

Elizaveta Sautkina, an expert on the rationalization of a healthy lifestyle, spoke about the benefits of lymphatic drainage jumps. Her words are reported by Sport-Express.

“Many are faced with such a problem as swelling, especially in the morning, and lymphatic drainage jumps can be a help in the fight against unpleasant symptoms,” she said and revealed the correct technique for their implementation.

Sautkina explained that, clenching your jaw, you need to rise on your toes so that your heels are a centimeter from the floor, and then drop sharply. She noted that when moving down, there should be a small impact, as when walking. You need to perform jumps no more than once per second. Exercises are performed in two sets of 30 times with a break of five to ten seconds.

Earlier, trainer Anastasia Malyavina named simple exercises for edema for morning exercises. The specialist recommended doing a massage of the feet and collarbones, as well as warming up the diaphragm.
