She noted that when moving down, there should be a small impact, as when walking. You need to perform jumps no more than once per second. Exercises are performed in two sets of 30 times with a break of five to ten seconds.
Earlier, trainer Anastasia Malyavina named simple exercises for edema for morning exercises. The specialist recommended doing a massage of the feet and collarbones, as well as warming up the diaphragm.
