Spartak Moscow played a draw with Khimki near Moscow in the match of the 27th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL). This is reported by the correspondent of “Lenta.ru”.
The meeting took place at the Arena Khimki and ended with a score of 1:1. On the 23rd minute forward Reziuan Mirzov led the Moscow Region team forward. At the 47th minute, Spartak remained in the minority after the removal of Daniil Denisov. At the 56th minute forward Alexander Sobolev equalized. Thus, the red-whites lost points.
As a result, after 27 matches, Spartak is in fourth place in the RPL standings, with 50 points. Khimki, which is an outsider of the RPL, is in the penultimate 15th place with 18 points. St. Petersburg “Zenit” became the champion ahead of schedule with 64 points.
