Hockey player Ovechkin called Fetisov and Fedorov the most famous people in the phone book
Russian striker of the National Hockey League (NHL) Washington Capitals club Alexander Ovechkin in an interview with the YouTube channel “This is football, brother!” named celebrities from his phone book.
The hockey player said that the most famous people include two-time Olympic hockey champion Vyacheslav Fetisov and head coach of CSKA Moscow, three-time Stanley Cup winner Sergei Fedorov. He also named the actor Denis Nikiforov.
Ovechkin has been playing in the NHL since 2005. He spent all seasons in North America with Washington. Together with the club, the hockey player won the Stanley Cup in 2018. With the Russian national team, Ovechkin won three world championships.
Fetisov won the 1984 and 1988 Games. At the moment he is a member of the State Duma. Sergei Fedorov won the Stanley Cup three times while playing for the Detroit Red Wings. In the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), he won the Gagarin Cup twice as a coach of CSKA.
