Al Hilal is Asian champion and will compete in the Club World Cup

Saudi Al Hilal beat South Korean Pohang Steelers 2-0 on Tuesday, and won the Asian Champions League for the fourth time, thus guaranteeing a spot in the FIFA Club World Cup.

The goals of the Saudi Arabian team were scored by Nasser Eissa Al-Dawsari, with just 16 seconds of play, being the fastest in the history of the tournament, and forward Moussa Marega (63).

With this result, the team coached by the Portuguese Leonardo Jardim, former coach of Sporting Lisbon and Monaco, will represent the Asian continent in the next FIFA Club World Cup, to be played in early 2022 in the United Arab Emirates.

The English Chelsea, the Mexican Monterrey, the Egyptian Al Ahly, the New Zealander Auckland City and Al Jazira, as representative of the host country, are already guaranteed in this edition of the international competition.

All that remains is to define the representative of South America, who will leave the final between Palmeiras and Flamengo for the Copa Libertadores, on Saturday
