Following the success of the first NFL game in Germany in November 2022, two regular season games will be played in Frankfurt on November 5 and 12, 2023, the North American Soccer League announced Wednesday in a statement.
Within the framework of the 544 games of its 2023/2024 regular season, the NFL will play five games on the European continent. The defending champions Kansas City Chiefs will face the Miami Dolphins on November 5 at the Waldstadion in Frankfurt, where the Eintracht football club usually plays its games.

A week later, the New England Patriots will face the Indianapolis Colt in the same stadium, which has a capacity of 47,000 spectators and will also host Euro 2024 games.
In addition to Frankfurt, London will also be the European host for the next NFL, with three games: Atlanta Falcons-Jacksonville Jaguars (October 1 at Wembley), Jaguars-Buffalo Bills (October 8 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium) and Baltimore Ravens-Tennessee Titans ( October 15, also at Tottenham Stadium).
The NFL has held regular season games outside of North America since 2007, following the model adopted by NBA basketball since 1990. The first NFL game in Germany was played on November 13, 2022 at the Allianz Arena in Munich between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Seattle Seahawks in front of 67,000 spectators.
