Manchester United appoints Mauricio Pochettino, current commander of Paris Saint-Germain, as the best option to assume the position of coach of the team, after the resignation of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Parisian coach didn’t open up about talks or contract advancement. In an interview with RMC Sport, Pochettino says he is “happy” within the French team.
“I feel good in Paris. I know how everything is, all my life as a player or coach I’ve lived in this kind of situation. Things happen, it’s not my responsibility. What I say if you ask me is that I’m happy in Paris.” , declared.
“I respect my club, PSG. What the other club does doesn’t concern me. I won’t comment because everything I’m going to say won’t be used. I love the club, I love the fans. It’s wonderful to be at PSG”, he added.
Paris will face Manchester City at 17:00 this Wednesday, for the Champions League. The draw gives way to Guardiola’s team, leader of Group A. Pochettino’s squad is second with eight points, one less than his opponent.
