TASS: Russian figure skater Dario Chirizano plans to play for the Czech national team
It became known about the plans of Russian figure skater Dario Chirizano to join the Czech national team. It is reported by TASS with reference to a source close to the situation.
“The Czech Federation has written a letter to the Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKKR) regarding the transfer of Chirizano,” the agency added.
On May 7, an ice dancing athlete announced on Telegram that he had paired up with Czech figure skater Deniza Tsimlova. The duo will train at the Montreal Ice Dance Academy.
Chirizano is the champion of the Youth Olympic Games in 2020 and the winner of the Russian Championship in 2022. Previously, for several years he performed in a duet with Irina Khavronina, but in January they stopped working on the initiative of a partner. Now she performs with David Narijny.
