Sky Sports: Chelsea owner Boeli discussed Neymar transfer with PSG President Al-Khelaifi
Chelsea are interested in the transfer of the Brazilian striker Paris Saint-Germain Neymar. ESPN journalist Julien Laurent told Sky Sports about this.
Laurent said English club owner Todd Boely had discussed the striker’s transfer with Paris president Nasser Al-Khelaifi. “I don’t know if a move for Neymar to Chelsea is possible as he continues to recover from injury. Another problem could be the player’s contract, which is designed for four years,” he added.
On May 4, it was reported that the 31-year-old Neymar was ready to leave PSG. On March 11, it became known that the Parisian team would like to part with the striker in the summer of 2023.
Neymar, who is worth an estimated €70m, has been with PSG since the summer of 2017.
