Fitness expert advises running to get rid of fat on the inner thighs

Two-time Russian champion in athletics, fitness expert Alexander Mironenko gave advice on getting rid of fat on the inner thighs. His words are quoted by Sport-Express.

Mironenko suggested increasing the amount of physical activity. “It is recommended to do aerobic exercise such as running, cycling, swimming and so on. You also need to connect strength training – they will help strengthen muscles and speed up metabolism, ”he emphasized.

The specialist said that for weight loss it is also important to create a calorie deficit and eat more vegetables, fruits and protein foods. In addition, Mironenko noted the importance of water for burning fat and advised to drink at least two liters a day.

Previously, trainer Mike Bowl revealed the secrets of getting rid of fat in the abdomen. He advised doing exercises that involve several muscle groups. Bowl called push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, squats, and deadlifts with dumbbells the most effective.
