Bayern Munich are interested in signing Barcelona midfielder Pedri. According to Diario As, the Germans are preparing a million-dollar bid to take the Spanish gem out of Camp Nou.
Pedri recently renewed with Barcelona and extended his contract until October 2026. The young man’s fine is estimated at 1 billion euros (BRL 6.38 billion).
According to the newspaper, the Bavarians are willing to spend more than 80 million euros (BRL 504 million), which would make the player the most expensive contract in the history of the German club.
This Monday, the Spaniard was named the best youngster of 2021. Pedri has 56 matches, four goals and six assists for Barcelona, in addition to ten matches played by the national team.
Bayern Munich prepares to take the field next Tuesday, at 14:45 (GMT), against Dynamo Kiev, in the Champions League.
