After leaving San Sebastián, the Itzulia will head towards Hernani, pass through Oiartzun, and continue through Errenteria, before starting to climb jaizkibel, which will be crowned by the runners at kilometer 42.6 of the stage; They are 7.9 kilometers of ascent, with an average slope of 5.6%. It is the only port of 1st of this edition of the Itzulia Women.

Once past Jaizkibel, reach Irun and face Gurutze, from 3rd (2.7 kilometers, at 5.2%), will be all one. The platoon will then enter Saint Sebastianwhere the dispute of a special sprint, at kilometer 75.4 of the stage, before ascending the port of mendizorrotz, 2nd, at kilometer 86.2. There will then be just over ten left for the finish line in San Sebastián where the cyclist who will take over from Demi Vollering as the winner of the Itzulia Women will climb on the podium, as long as the Dutchwoman does not revalidate the brilliant victory she won in 2022.
