World Boxing News: Fury in talks for fourth fight against Wilder
The World Boxing News portal has named the next opponent of British boxer Tyson Fury.
According to the publication, Fury’s team is in talks for a fourth fight against American Deontay Wilder. The boxers have previously met in 2018, 2020 and 2021. The first fight ended in a draw, in the other two meetings the British athlete won.
On April 22, it became known that Fury plans to defend his World Boxing Council (WBC) heavyweight title in the summer of 2023. The fight should take place on July 15 or 22. It was reported that the Chinese Zhang Zhilei or the American Andy Ruiz Jr. could become the rival of the British.
Fury has 33 wins, one draw and no losses. Wilder has 43 wins in the standings, 42 of which were obtained by knockout, two lost fights and one draw.
