This weekend the first day of the 2022 Couples Championship was played with the triumph of Laso-Imaz, Peña II-Albisu, Irribarria-Rezusta and Elezkano II-Zabaleta.
Due to the difference achieved in the victory in Mungia against Ezkurdia and Tolosa (22-7) the current champions, Danel Elezkano and José Javier Zabaleta are the ones who lead the classification.
On the second day it so happens that the winning couples will face each other, so there will only be two undefeated; Laso-Imaz and Peña II-Albisu play on Saturday at Labrit and Elezkano II-Zabaleta against Irribarria-Rezusta on Sunday at Azkoitia.
