Face fitness trainer Maria Fadeeva gave advice on how to get a “swan” neck. The training is available on the Championship website.

First you need to stand up straight, lower your shoulders and tilt your head to the right and left. Then perform circular movements with the head. Next, put your hands on the cervical-collar zone and massage it. The next trainer advised me to take a special roller and drive it for 15 seconds in the lateral places of the neck.

For the last exercise, Fadeeva suggested using a gouache stone. At the same time, she emphasized that before performing classes with this device, it is better to consult a specialist. You need to put the plate with a wide edge on your shoulder and move up the neck to the ear.

On March 28, doctor-therapist Alexander Shestakov advised exercises for neck pain. He recommended performing static forward, backward and side bends. Also, the specialist advised to stretch the trapezius muscles.
