Mahrez shines as City beat Sheffield to reach FA Cup final after four years

O manchester city confirmed favoritism and beat Sheffield United in the semifinal of the FA Cup. With the result, the team returns to the final of the competition after four years. The match ended with the result of 3 to 0, thanks to the goals scored by the Algerian Mahrez.

In the very final, Pep Guardiola’s team will face the winner of this Sunday’s confrontation, when Brighton and Manchester United face each other in the other semifinal.

This Wednesday, City returns to the field for the English Championshipat the Etihad Stadium, in a decisive duel against Arsenal. With 70 points, the team occupies second place in the Premier League table and can take the lead if they win their two delayed matches.

The game
