Khozyainova suggested starting with quadriceps exercises. Then roll it in the opposite direction,” she described the process.

The next exercise targets the back muscles. It is performed lying on the back, the roll is under the shoulders, the legs are bent, the feet are on the floor, the arms are either lowered to the sides or crossed in front of the chest, and the torso is in a straight line from shoulders to knees. “Slowly start rolling up and down. The movement is carried out between the lower part of the neck and the middle of the back, while lingering in tense areas, ”said Khozyainova.

The expert also advised doing exercises on the calf muscles. Starting position – sitting on the floor, legs extended forward, the roll is located under the calves. Next, you need to raise the torso, transfer the weight to the roll, put one leg on top of the other. Then you need to slowly move back and forth along the roll.
