Expert Chicherin advised doing planks and jumping rope to burn fat
Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Education of the State University of Management (GUU) Vadim Chicherin named five simple exercises to strengthen muscles and burn fat. His words are quoted by Life.ru.
The specialist advised to start training with running in place and in motion to warm up. Further, Chicherin recommended doing squats in three variations: in a wide stance, with a lunge, with a step back or to the side.
The next exercise is burpees. After it, you need to move on to jumping rope, and, according to the expert, you can complete the workout with a plank. The specialist noted that if the classic bar seems too light, then a weighting agent can be placed on the back.
“The essence of the method is to perform the exercise at maximum pace for 20 seconds, and then rest for ten seconds. Eight such rounds fit into four minutes, ”the expert added.
Earlier, fitness expert Anzhelika Alokhova named the top cardio workouts. She included sprinting, cycling, burpees and swimming in the rankings.
