CSKA defeated Fakel with a score of 4: 1 in the match of the fourth round of the RPL
CSKA Moscow defeated Fakel Voronezh in the fourth round match of the Russian Premier League (RPL). This is reported by the correspondent of “Lenta.ru”.
The meeting took place in Moscow. The guests were the first to score: in the 42nd minute, 26-year-old Fakel forward Georgiy Gongadze converted a penalty. The home team managed to bounce back in the second half – Russian midfielder Konstantin Kuchaev scored an accurate blow.
Paraguayan midfielder Jesús Medina put CSKA ahead with a penalty in the 70th minute of the match. Forward Fedor Chalov also scored a goal. A goal by Jorge Carrascal made the score devastating (4:1).
The victory allowed CSKA to catch up on points with Spartak, the leader of the championship. Earlier, in the fourth round, the red-whites beat Ural with a score of 2:0.
