The meeting was held in Moscow and ended with the score 1:1. The guests scored Eric Bikfalvi, and the hosts – Jesús Medina, who converted a penalty. The teams will play the second game on May 3 in Yekaterinburg.

Earlier, Akron Togliatti made it to the first stage of the Russian Cup Path of Regions final after a 2-1 win over Spartak at home. The hosts scored Andres Ponce and Nikita Saltykov. The only goal of the guests was scored by Tomas Tavares. At the 23rd minute, a penalty kick was awarded to the Togliatti team, but the red-and-white forward Keita Balde could not convert it.

The Russian Cup final will take place on June 11, 2023. The final meeting will take place in Moscow at the Luzhniki stadium.
