Footballers of Bunyodkor and Nasaf staged a mass brawl after the match of the sixth round of the championship of Uzbekistan. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the country’s Football Association (AFU).
The meeting ended with the score 1:1. After the final whistle, the athletes had a brawl on the field and in the room under the stands. It was noted that players and members of both teams, about 40-50 people, participated in the fight.
The AFU Disciplinary Commission promised to look into the situation. They said that a working group of experts from the Professional Football League of Uzbekistan is currently studying the available video materials and the report of the officials of the meeting.
After six matches Bunyodkor takes the second place in the standings of the championship of Uzbekistan with 14 points. Nasaf is in fifth place with 11 points. Neftchi is leading with 14 points.
