In court, Daniel Alves was accompanied by his lawyers, Cristóbal Martell and Arnau Xumetra. The victim’s lawyer, Ester Garcia, and prosecutor Elisabeth Jiménez were also present at the scene.
The player has been imprisoned since the 20th of January this year in the Penitentiary Center of Brians 2, in Catalonia. At the moment, the case is in the discovery phase.
