Former Dynamo coach Sandro Schwartz fired from German club Hertha
German football club Hertha announced the resignation of head coach Sandro Schwarz. This was reported on the team’s website.
The statement noted that the decision to terminate cooperation was made after internal consultations and numerous discussions. “Sandro and his coaching team put a lot of work, energy and passion into the development of the team every day. We would like to thank him for this and wish him all the best for the future.” The post of Schwartz was taken by the Hungarian Pal Dardai.
From October 2020 to May 2022, Schwartz was the head coach of Dynamo Moscow. In the 2021/2022 season, the blue and white under his leadership took third place in the Russian Premier League and reached the final of the Russian Cup.
In addition to the Russian, Schwartz worked in two more German clubs. From 2011 to 2013, he headed Ashborn, and from 2013 to 2019 he was the coach of the teams in the Mainz structure.
