talkSPORT: Fury, Usyk, Joshua and Wilder to Host Tournament in Middle East

English businessman Simon Jordan said that a mini-boxing tournament will be organized in the Middle East with the participation of British Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua, as well as Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk and American Deontay Wilder. His words leads talkSPORT.

According to Jordan, fights will take place in December 2023. “Three fights are scheduled: Fury vs. Usyk, Wilder vs. Joshua and the two winners of these fights will face each other,” the businessman explained.

Fury and Usyk were supposed to fight on April 29, negotiations for the fight have been going on since the fall of 2022. On March 22, the manager of the Ukrainian Egis Klimas announced the cancellation of this fight.

On August 21, 2022, Usyk defeated Joshua via split decision in a rematch. Before that, the Briton lost to Usyk by unanimous decision.

Fury has 33 wins, one draw and no losses. Usyk has 20 wins in 20 fights. Joshua has 24 wins and 3 losses in his professional career. Wilder has 43 wins in the standings, 42 of which were obtained by knockout, two lost fights and one draw.
