Fitness trainer Dmitry Razvarov called effective exercises for the muscles of the back and chest. His words leads “Championship”.

The specialist recommended doing exercises with a tape expander. To pump the muscles of the back, Razvarov proposed to perform traction to the belt with both hands. Starting position – legs slightly bent at the knees are slightly wider than shoulders, the back is tilted forward, the expander is taken in hand and fixed from below under the feet. It is necessary to simultaneously raise your arms with your elbows up to a level above the back, and then lower them down.

For pumping the muscles of the chest, Razvarov advised the following exercise. Starting position – standing, taken in the hands of the expander wound behind the back at the level of the shoulder blades, elbows bent. Then simultaneously straighten your arms forward, pulling the expander, and then return to the starting position.

Earlier, Razvarov revealed an effective exercise with an expander for the press. Starting position – lying on your back, legs bent at the knees, the expander is wound behind the back at shoulder level, arms are extended upwards so that the expander stretches. Next, you need to perform body lifts, while reaching for your knees with your hands.
