The former footballer of the Russian national team explained Dziuba’s reluctance to shake hands with Semak

Radimov said that he was not surprised by Dziuba’s reluctance to shake hands with Zenit coach Semak

Russian football champion and former national team midfielder Vladislav Radimov explained the unwillingness of Lokomotiv player Artem Dziuba to shake hands with Zenit head coach Sergei Semak. He wrote a post about this in his Telegram channel.

Radimov said that he was not surprised by Dzyuba’s behavior. “Even before the game, Artem gave comments to the press and admitted that the parting with the coach did not go too smoothly. Surely this behavior was influenced by the result of the match, ”he said.

On April 9, Zenit beat Lokomotiv 2-1 in the match of the 22nd round of the national championship. After the meeting, Semak went to Dziuba to shake hands, but the athlete did not react to this in any way.

Later, the player explained that he did not shake hands with the coach because he did not see him. Semak said he did not see anything wrong with this situation.

34-year-old Dziuba moved to Lokomotiv on February 8. From 2015 to 2022, the football player played for Zenit, in which he won the Russian championship four times.
