Head of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Clinic of the Central Clinical Hospital “RZD-Medicine” Vasily Stroganov named important exercises for people over 30 years old. His words are quoted by Life.

The doctor said that an adult working person should have a daily load. At the same time, work and muscle tone should be a priority to improve blood supply and nutrition of cartilage. He emphasized that intensive training is optional. Instead, it is enough to do joint exercises in the morning.

Stroganov advised me to walk ten thousand steps every day and take the stairs instead of the elevator. He also called exercises for the abdominals, glutes, quadriceps and erectors of the back useful.

On April 9, orthopedic traumatologist Ilya Maltsev said that when jogging, it is important to properly warm up and follow a reasonable training regimen. Otherwise, improper technique can lead not only to pain, but also to serious changes in the joints.
