Albikov said that a person receives a smaller package of services with a higher risk of injury. “The client does not receive enough attention, the coach does not know his problem,” he said.

The expert explained that, as a rule, less qualified specialists go online. It is noted that for coaches this is a way out when they cannot withstand competition in the halls.
Earlier, fitness trainer Ruslan Akimov named a way to get in shape for the summer. The expert advised to train three times a week, eat right and walk daily. He noted that it is not necessary to implement everything at once: “In the first week, try to eat more healthy food and walk, do one simple workout.”
