Stuttgart, the current flashlight of the German Championshipannounced this Monday the dismissal of coach Bruno Labbadia, just four months after his arrival in office.
The 57-year-old coach has been replaced “with immediate effect” by Sebastian Hoeness, 40, who has signed a contract until June 30, 2025, the club said in a statement.

Labbadia, who had already managed Stuttgart between 2010 and 2013, was hired in December 2022 and has since led the team in eleven games, with a record of just one win and seven defeats, the last on Saturday, against Union Berlin for 3-0, which took the club to occupy the bottom of the table.
Sebastian Hoeness, a former player for Hertha Berlin and Hoffenheim, has an illustrious surname in German football. He is the nephew of Uli Hoeness, a former German national team player in the 1970s and former president of Bayern Munich.
Last May, Hoeness was sacked as Hoffenheim manager after a disastrous end to the season that cost the club a place in European competition.
