The expert advised to train three times a week, eat right and walk daily. He noted that it is not necessary to implement everything at once: “In the first week, try to eat more healthy food and walk, do one simple workout.”
Akimov also said that you can not immediately refuse junk food, but gradually reduce its amount. “Don’t think that you can only train in the gym. In the first two or three weeks, training at home will also be very effective. If you went to the gym, then for the best effect, take a few classes with a trainer, ”he added.
Earlier, fitness instructor Sergei Trukhin advised simple exercises for office workers. The trainer suggested smoothly turning the head to the side, raising and lowering the shoulders. The specialist also recommended to perform tilts and twists and do not forget about hand exercises.
