Russian mixed style fighter (MMA) Alexander Emelianenko will fight at the Fight Nights Global tournament. The head of the promotion Kamil Hajiyev announced this on Instagram.
The athlete will replace his sick compatriot Vyacheslav Vasilevsky in a duel against Brazilian Marcio Santos. The fight will take place on November 27 at the Fight Nights Global tournament in Syktyvkar and will be the main event of the evening.
In September, Emelianenko had a boxing match with blogger Artem Tarasov. The heavyweight has not played in MMA since the summer of 2020. Then he lost to his compatriot Magomed Ismailov by knockout.
