“England manager Gareth Southgate has not named a replacement, meaning he has 20 players available following the (injury) absence of Reece James and the suspension of Luke Shaw,” the Football Association (FA) said. .
Chelsea defender Reece James has returned to his club after their 2-1 away win over Italy on Thursday, in which he played the last few minutes.
The exact nature of his injury was not specified, but several English media reported a hamstring injury, in a season when he was seriously plagued by knee problems.
