The precautionary measures requested by Athletic, Real Madrid and Barça against LaLiga Impulso-CVC have been denied

LaLiga announced this Friday that The Provincial Court of Madrid has denied the precautionary measures requested by Real Madrid, Barcelona and Athletic Club to paralyze the joint project of LaLiga Impulso with the CVC investment fund.
As LaLiga recalled, this is the third time that justice has denied the adoption of precautionary measures, since the request was made as an appeal by the three clubs against the order of the Court of First Instance that had previously denied them.
The order of the Provincial Court ratifies the non-existence of the two budgets for the adoption of a precautionary measure, and indicates, among other things, that the challenging clubs “constitute a minimum number of members, three against 38, in order to sustain the nullity of the Agreements”.
