The defender Gorka Ugartemendia signs for Baiko and will debut in April

He defender Gorka Ugartemendia20 years old, has signed for two years with Baiko Pilotaand will debut on April 10 in the frontnBeotibar of Tolosa, as reported by Baiko Pilota. In his debut, he will form a team with Unai Laso and will face Peña II and Iztueta.
Ugartemendia, a native of Alkiza, has been valued by Aimar Olaizola, Baiko’s sports manager, as “a very hard-working pelotari, who has improved a lot in recent months”, he highlights his right hand as his main strong point.
Trained in Tolosa Aurrera Pilota Elkartea, Ugartemendia, as an amateur, he has won the Diario Vasco Tournament, in the promising and elite category, as well as the El Antiguo Tournament. He also owns the Basque League txapela.
