Osimhen shines and Napoli thrash Torino for Serie A

O Napoli reached 21 points at the top of the Italian Championship by defeating the Torino 4-0 on Sunday. Osimhen (2), Kvaratskhelia and Ndombélé scored the visitors’ goals at Turin’s Olympic Stadium, for the 27th round.

With a few rounds left for the end of Serie A, Napoli just need to maintain the good phase to be champion in advance. In the next round, there will be the derby against Milanin fourth place, on Sunday, at 3:45 pm (Brasília time), at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.

Torino followed in 11th place, with 37 points. Their next clash will be on April 3, when they face Sassuolo away from home.

The goals of the game

Napoli needed just 8 minutes of the ball rolling to open the scoring. After a corner kick from the right, Osimhen rose high between the defenders to deflect with a header to open the scoring.
