Fitness expert advised to stop training for one to three days when muscle pain appears
Fitness expert Chris Jordan gave tips on getting rid of sore muscles after training. His words leads Shape.
The specialist noted that the muscles need to be given time to recover, so you should pause in training for one to three days. If there is no desire to interrupt sports, the load, according to Jordan, can be distributed according to the “up / down” principle, that is, during one session, do not do exercises for all muscle groups, but focus on one zone.
The expert also recommended to reconsider the training program if the pain occurs constantly, appears the very next day after visiting the gym and is seriously disturbing. As Jordan notes, loads should be adapted to the level of training.
Earlier, fitness trainer Svetlana Butova spoke about the right way to recover after playing sports. She advised me to take a warm shower, massage, reduce the load or exclude them completely for one or two days.
