In Moscow, a criminal case was opened against a tennis coach for corrupting a schoolgirl. This is reported by “Moskovsky Komsomolets”.
According to the source, the parents saw intimate messages from the coach on the girl’s phone back in February 2021. After the conversation, the 59-year-old specialist promised to stop sending them. The incident was not reported to the police, but the schoolgirl stopped attending training.
In the summer, the situation repeated itself, and the parents turned to law enforcement agencies. The police began an investigation into possible sexual harassment of the young athlete. During a conversation with a psychologist, the girl recalled that once the coach hugged and kissed her, but noted that she did not notice the sexual connotation in the mentor’s behavior. The man also denies guilt.
In May 2021, Irina Slutskaya spoke about figure skating harassment. The former athlete stated that this is not the case in her sport. Slutskaya noted that even if the skaters start their professional path through bed, this will not help them perform multi-turn jumps.
