On the return of Gabriel Jesus, Brazilians shine and Arsenal beat Fulham

This Sunday, the Arsenal visited Fulham and won 3-0 for the 27th round of the English Championship. Brazilian defender Gabriel Magalhães opened the scoring and national team striker Gabriel Martinelli scored the second in the first half. Odegaard scored the third just before the break.

Manchester United is back on the pitch for the second leg of the round of 16 of the Europa League this Thursday, at 2:45 pm, against Betis away from home. Southampton will receive on Wednesday, at 16:30, Brentford, for the English Championship.

West Ham and Aston Villa are tied

Also on Sunday for the Premier League, the West Ham received Aston Villa and drew 1-1. Ollie Watkins opened the scoring for the visitors and Saïd Benrahma equalized with a penalty in the first half.

West Ham now leave the relegation zone and are in 17th, with 24 points, same score as Bournemouth, first team in Z3. Aston Villa is still in 11th and now has 35 points conquered.

West Ham’s next game is against AEK Larnaca, from Cyprus, for the second leg of the Conference League, this Thursday, at 5 pm. Meanwhile, Aston Villa remains focused on the Premier League and hosts Bournemouth on Saturday at 12 noon.
