Fitness expert gives advice to see a doctor before returning to training after a break
Fitness expert Sarah Coomer gave advice on returning to training after a long break. Her words are quoted by Forbes.
To begin with, Kumer recommended going to the doctor for a checkup. She explained that during the break, the state of health could change, so it is better to contact specialists in order to avoid serious consequences.
Then Kumer offered to decide on the format of the classes. For example, do you want to go to the gym or do you prefer to work out at home. The specialist noted that these do not have to be classic exercises: for example, repair, cleaning or an active walk on the street can be a good load.
Kumer added that it is important to choose what you like so that the classes bring not only benefits, but also pleasure. She stressed that you should not continue to do exercises if they cause a negative reaction, and advised to find an alternative to these workouts.
Also, the trainer recommended choosing the time that best suits you for classes. Kumer suggested starting with short workouts that won’t detract from your regular schedule, but are still regular.
Previously, Kumer talked about a way to motivate yourself to play sports. She advised me to find the kind of physical activity that will make me feel strong and confident.
