Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk described his training scheme on the eve of the fight with Briton Tyson Fury. His words are quoted by the YouTube channel The Overlap.
The athlete said that he starts the day at five in the morning with endurance exercises. At 12 o’clock he conducts the second training session. If it passes in the pool, then it swims at least two kilometers. The main session starts at 6:00 pm. “Monday, Wednesday and Friday – sparring, on Saturday cross from 10 to 20 kilometers. Sunday is allotted to me, and I dedicate it to church, reading books, learning English and writing poetry, ”Usyk explained.
